Data at the Employment Service Area (ESA) and Labour Market Region (LMR) levels are estimates derived by summing administrative data at the postcode level of aggregation. For the few postcodes that do not fall entirely within a single ESA, a population-weighted concordance method is used to distribute the postcode data between the overlapped ESAs. For these ESAs and their parent LMRs, the concordance method may lead to small errors in the estimates.
