  • The Explore the data mapping channel has been updated with July 2021 regional data. Go to the SA4 and Employment Region pages to explore this information further.

  • Regional Labour Market Dashboards

  • The dashboards combine a range of data for each of the 51 Employment Regions, to provide an overview of local labour market conditions. Dashboards are also available for each state and territory, and at the national level.

  • Tableau Data Visualisations

  • A number of new data visualisations and dashboards are now available on the LMIP Tableau Public channel to help you further explore labour market data.

  • Labour Force Summary Factsheet

  • The Labour Force Summary Sheet (236.2KB) contains a brief snapshot of the Australian labour market as at August 2021. Information available includes developments in employment, unemployment, the unemployment rate, as well as an overview of youth and states and territories. The National Skills Commission carries out research to identify workforce shortages at the state, territory and/or national level for around 80 occupations.
