To ensure accessibility for all users, the Department of Jobs and Small Business publishes its regional employment projections as two different file types. One of the files available is a macro-enabled file in .xlsm format, which supports a user interface that gives access to the specific data you want and provides ready-made graphics for inclusion in reports and presentations. To use these functions, you must have macros enabled in Excel and the capacity to open files in .xlsm format (e.g. with Office for Windows 2007 or 2010 or with suitable converters installed for older versions). For users who might have difficulty downloading or opening the regional industry projections file, a data-only (i.e. no user interface) version in the .xlsx Excel file format is provided.
